About the Client
Located at Mondrian Singapore Duxton, temper is a 4,000 sq ft wine room and cocktail lounge that channels Bauhaus clarity and cinematic warmth – where wine, cocktails, food, and sound move in sync. The wine programme, led by Wine Director Roberto Durán MS, is anchored by a custom-build cellar of over 2,100 bottles, and features over 1,200 labels from more than 30 countries, with over 250 available by the glass. The cocktail menu, created by award-winning consulting bartender June Baek (of Hup San Social Club) and Head Bartender Kishan Kumar, is crafted to complement a genre-spanning music programme of vinyl deep-dives, soul, funk and R&B curated by nightlife and culture veteran, Joshua Pillai. Executive Chef Nicolas Tam of three-time one-Michelin-starred Willow and Head Chef Ronald Sim complete the experience with a food menu that’s crave-worthy and unpretentious – perfect for lunch, dinner, after-hours, and everything in between.
