Chef World Tour (CWT) is a global dining series that brings some of the world’s most exciting chefs to new cities, creating unforgettable culinary experiences. CWT curates pop-ups, residencies, and collaborations with chefs from some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens. For this particular series, CWT brought the world renowned Mirazur to Sydney, hosted at the Gantry, Pier One Sydney Harbour.
