A brand new Japanese-inspired charcoal grill concept in partnership with Chef Teppei Yamashita, we worked with the client from concept to execution of the entire concept. With research of current market trends and market gaps, we were involved from menu engineering, refresh of the interior design of the space, brand positioning and sales data analysis to guide promo and pricing decisions.
Results:
Through media and KOL engagement, digital marketing, social media content, as well as a monthly-event calendar and event sales strategy, we were able to increase awareness and revenue by 100%.
